Seattle Art Construction is a local Seattle company skilled an exterior cleaning and maintenance company.  Pressure Washing and Restoration is owned and operated by Fabrício Silva.

pressure washing company owner Originally from Brazil, Fabrício  came to the Seattle area via Atlanta, Georgia. He started out in the construction industry and really enjoyed how results-oriented the work is. He was quickly recognized for his skills and results. As such he was promoted from laborer, to supervisor, to Job Site Foreman rapidly. Fabrício felt like the next logical step would be to open his own business.

He has been in business on his own for 20 years, and in that time he has earned a reputation as an outstanding provider of superior services. His philosophy is to bring excellent work at a fair price, he stands by his work and the quality is backed up by superior support after the sale.
